The New Castle County Route 9 Library & Innovation Center is a state-of-the art library and community hub that provides access to traditional resources as well as new technologies, creative production tools, and skills development programs to the surrounding community.

Aside from Movies, Route 9 offers, like our other libraries, access to the Delaware Library Catalog, public computers with printing access, meeting rooms, and a number of study rooms.
But, Route 9 has unique areas including a Maker Lab, STEM room, Sensory room (developed in partnership with Autism Delaware), Bookatarium, Scriptorium, Black Box and Eatery.
