Dozens of numbered scarecrows will be located at various businesses throughout the Resort Area including Dewey Beach, Downtown Rehoboth & Route One. By September, maps will be available at the Chamber’s Administration Building at 306 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach or at Beach-Fun.com. Electonic and paper voting will be available and winners will be announced in November!
